Bin Lifter is manufactured to lift and position the bin over the other machine. The lifter is made to achieve dust free transfer of in process material as per GMP norms. The bin lifting and positioning device is both side supporting model, mainly consists of a column, bearing housing, and hydraulic unit. The column is fabricated from ms angle cladded with SS and MS cladded plate is welded at the top & bottom side of column. The bearing housing with foundation plate is fitted at the bottom and top end of the column to get the swiveling movement of the column. The carrier which moves up and down is connected by wire ropes for safety. This unit is provided with hydraulic cylinder for lifting and lowering the bins.

• The complete drive unit is enclosed in a sturdy cabinet
• Hot air blower with flexible SS Pipe heaters are provided with thermostat control for fast drying
• Heaters are interlocked with the blower motor therefore unless the blower is on, heater does not start

• SS beaters having knife and impact edges rotate within a selected screen
• The material fed in the hopper enters into the processing chamber where it moves to the pentery and passes through screen
• Output & quality of final products depend on (I) shapes of beaters (Knife/ impact edge) (ii) speed (iii) size of screen
