Description
The unit consists of stainless steel hopper, processing chamber with beater assembly, motor, DOL starter, three speed pulley, screen and sturdy body.

Application
Multi mill is widely used for wet & dry granulation, pulverization etc. of pharmaceutical, chemical, bulk drug, cosmetic, colours, dyestuffs. food products etc.



Operation
SS beaters having knife and impact edges rotate within a selected screen. The material fed in the hopper enters into the processing chamber where it moves to the pentery and passes through screen. Output & quality of final products depends on (I) shapes of beaters (Knife/ impact edge) (ii) speed (iii) size of screen.

Direction of beaters can be changed by reversible switch from knife to impact toward and vice versa.
All contact parts can be easily and quickly dismantied for cleaning.
Machine is designed for continuous operation. Castors are provided for mobility of the machine

Beaters and scraper blades are hardened and hard chrome plated.

Description
Until consists of stainless steel hopper, feed throat and processing chamber with beaters assembly heavy duty motor starter with overload relay three speed step pulley. Suitable screen, S.S. Cladded base having tubular legs with castors (Optional jacket for the feed throat and processing chamber for cooling / heating).

Operation
Product kept in the hopper slides to the enclosed chamber, where it is milled in between beaters and screen to the required size and collected at the output container.

Quality and output depends upon three main variables.
beaters shape (Knife edge beaters for coarse or large particles and impact or flat edge for timer particles.)
speed of beaters (High speed for the grinding. Low speed for coarser grinding.)
Screen size (A wide range of screen is available for various process needs.)

Salient Features :
Fully GMP model. All MS parts are cladded with S.S. Sheets & motor, belt & pulleys are covered with S.S. Cover.
Beaters are stainless steel quality and fitted on a splined shaft
beaters assembly bearings are kept in separate bearing blocks for ease in maintenance.
Transmission of heat to the chamber from the bearing is minimum as they are away in separate pillow blocks.
Very less down time as only beaters assembly has to be reversed for making it knife to impact forward or vice versa beaters assembly is dynamically balanced.
Machine is available in plain & water jacketted model.
Motorised feed screw or flame proof electrical can be provided on demand at extra coast.


Technical specifications :

Vibro sifters are circular gyratory screens used to separate mass composition of solids, liquid from solid and for gradation of materials as per particle sizes.

Vibration is generated in three different planes along the vertical axis by means of a specially designed vibratory motor having off centered weights at the top and bottom end of the motor shaft. The angle of lead of the lower weight to the upper weight provides variable screening pattern & output.

Available in standard and GMP models with contact parts in stainless steel 304 or 316 quality. Portable unit with higher output.
Double and triple deck unit with different screens can be provided easy to dismantle for cleaning screens. Noiseless, maintenance free unit.
