Our Rotary Bottle Washing Machine is compact and highly efficient GMP model based on Geneva mechanism. These machines are ideal for washing different sizes of glass, metal bottles from inside and outside. The machines have SS 304 contact parts and rotary platform with specially designed cups that easily accommodates any size of bottles from 50 ml.
Specifications: - Bottles are washed internally and externally at four different stations
- The unit is provided with gearbox, motor, SS pumps & SS tanks
- Output can be between 75 to 100 bottles per minute with the help of variable speed pulley
- Manual loading and unloading of the bottles
- Each washing station is controlled by separate solenoid valve
- Machine can be supplied in MS or SS body
- Designed for minimum maintenance
- No contamination of waters because of different washing nozzles
- Washing sequence can be interchanged as per requirement
- Top hood, bottle platform, nozzles and all contact parts in SS 304 quality
- One tanks of 75 ltr. Capacity for fresh / DM water and one tank is provided with heater thermostat control and hot valve for detergent / hot water
- Two pumps for pressurized water jet for internal and external cleaning
