It is a very useful machine wherein gentle blending of dry granules or powder is to be done. It consists of octagonal shaped body, rectangular central portion and top and bottom polygonal frustum. Blender is provided with a detachable SS baffle that helps for fast and efficient mixing. Butterfly valve is for discharge and a charging whole is for charging of material is provided. The entire unit is mounted on a sturdy stand, complete with electric motor and gear box. It can be supplied with bin charging system and can be designed for vacuum for dust free charging & discharging of product (Optional). The machine is provided with control panel board and safety railing. The machine stops automatically if safety guard is open while machine is in operation.

Double Cone Blender are versatile machines used for mixing dry powder and granules homogeneously. These machines have a cylindrical shell with two conical frustums provided with opening for charging and discharging. All the contact parts are made from superior grade of stainless steel.

Bin Blender also known as Conta Blender, is used to Blend the Material into The IPC itself and transfer the product to next processes without any human touch. IPC are designed for batch wise material storage, movement, and transfer. IPC are of various capacities like 50L to 1200L. The bins have been provided with side railing which acts as guides during loading / unloading the IPC in to blender arms guide rollers. IPC can be locked & rotated with the IPC holding arm. The IPC have been provided with open able type charging port on top to receive material and vent with lid. The outlet at bottom is provided with butterfly valve to discharge the material. The angle of cone of IPC is suitable for free discharge of granules. The general arrangement of the IPC blender shows a drive unit consisting of motor and gearbox mounted on heavy duty mounting plate with gear & pinion assembly. The drive shaft has an IPC holding arm and a clamping arm. Hydraulic lifting arrangement is provided for lifting the IPC to particular height after lifting bin, start the machine for efficient blending. PLC based system with man machine interface is provided to perform homogeneous blending of granules within set parameters. Safety railing is provided in front of the blender with door interlock.

Product Details:

We offer V Blender that are suitable for mixing of solid-solid or solid with liquid (maximum 10%) in powder or granulated form. The mixer has a "V" shaped body held by two horizontal half shafts and bearing blocks mounted on a sturdy structure. These blenders offer homogeneous blending with low shear blending action that prevents excessive fines or changes to particle shape and size.
