Mass Mixer / Paddle Mixer

We have in store for our customers a quality range of mass mixers and paddle mixers that is ideal for mixing dry or dump material and also used for tablet granulation. The mixer has a 'U' shaped trough, discharge valve, solid SS end plates, and SS shaft with specially designed paddles. To enhance easy operation, the shaft is coupled with heavy-duty gearbox and motor.

Description:

• The shaft is supported on heavy duty bearing blocks at both the ends and provided with Teflon seals & stuffing box
• Top cover is provided with acrylic sheet for easy visibility during mixing operation
• The motor-gear box assembly is completely covered in enclosure control panel box is provided with the machine with reverse and forward switch for the shaft
• MS parts are epoxy painted or cladded with SS sheet for GMP model
• All SS parts are polished to mirror finish from inside and outside parts are malt finished

• Standard and GMP model with contact parts in SS 304 / SS 316 quality
• Specially designed flush type outlet valve or butterfly valve (optional)
• Top cover with acrylic sheet
• The cover is connected to limit switch for the safety purpose
• Machine automatically stops as soon as the cover is opened during the operation for the safety of operator
• Shaft sealing at inside and out side with Teflon bush and SS stuffing box at outside
• Solid stainless steel end covers and frame work on the trough in even standard models for long trouble free life of the machine
