Description

The semi automatic volumetric liquid filling machine and tube filling machine works on volumetric principle and is fitted with two syringes on the sides. The motor and gear box are covered in a SS cabinet. The desired volume can be adjusted by increasing or decreasing the eccentricity. Bottles are kept bellow the nozzles manually.These liquid filling machines are having two head, table top, fully GMP model used to fill variety of liquids.

Operation
Semi automatic volumetric liquid filling machine can be used for different types of glass, Plastic, Metal containers. Output 8/16/24 bottles per minute depending on type liquid and fill size with the help of three speed pulley arrangement.
Four head machine can also be provided.

Salient Features :
Filling syringes are available in SS 304 / SS 316 quality. Filling syringes capacity: 30, 60, 110, 260, 550, 1000 ml.
Specially designed valve to avoid any drippage. Machine can be provided with diving nozzles for foamy liquids.

Description

Horizontal filter press (Sparkler type) is used for crystal clear filtration of Pharmaceuticals. Chemicals, Beverages, Oil, Ink and other products.

Our pharmaceutical filter press consists of a filter cartridge assembly with stainless steel filter plates, support screens interlocking cups. SS pressure vessel with lid. SS pump etc. It is mounted on SS trolley with castor wheels for mobility. The liquid is pumped into the vessel where it enters into the individual plates and filtered through the filter cloth or paper and comes out through a central channel formed by interlocking cups. The cake formed between the plates can be obtained if required. It can be provided with different types of pumps depending on the viscosity of liquid and output i.e. Centrifugal pump. Gear pump Lobe pump etc. All contact parts in SS 304/ 316 quality & mirror polished. MS/SS jacket can be provided for hot filtration

Note: The flow rate is mentioned in terms of water with 5% carbon & Polypropylene cloth filter media. However output depends on viscosity of liquid, quality of filter pad and nature of sediments in liquid.

Rotary Bottle Washing Machines

Suitable for washing of different sizes of glass/ metal bottles from inside and outside.
These bottle washing machines are completely GMP model with all contact parts in SS 304 and works on geneva mechanism. It consists of a rotary platform with specially designed cups to accommodate any size of bottles from 50 ml. Bottles are washed internally and externally at four different stations. The unit is provided with gear box, motor. SS pumps & SS tanks. Output can be between 75 to 100 bottles per minute with the help of variable speed pulley. Manual loading and unloading of the bottles.
